To assign a Task, you must be logged onto Phundex as either a Manager (someone who creates Pathways) or a Client Admin (someone who has full permission on Phundex).  If you are a Team Member, you will need to contact your Pathway Manager to make changes to the Task (using the comments section on the Task or emailing them).

 

  1. Select a Pathway
  2. Select a 'Stage' displayed in the secondary menu.
  3. Click the 'Create New Task' button on the Stages screen.
  4. Add the new Task's details.
  5. Select 'Upload File' option
  6. Click the 'Select Files' button
  7. Upload a File meeting the following requirement: All .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .svg, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf,
  8. or .pdfx files under 50MB accepted
  9. Add Document Name
  10. Click the 'Save' button
  11. Modal will close
