- You can edit a document directly in Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.


- To save the document with changes, click the download button on the document viewer – it will be located in the top right hand corner. The icon will look like a down arrow or floppy save disc or a folder with a down arrow. 


- To replace the existing document with the updated document, click the ‘Upload New Document’ button.

- To make changes on a Word document to send for signature, download the document to your computer or system, make the required changes, save the document to pdf format and upload a new version. 

- To upload the updated document as a new document, go back to the Data Room to upload the new file, giving it a new name.

- Clicking on Request signatures will initiate the electronic signature process. Add all signatories required as signer by providing their name and email address, then request signature using the button.
