A 'template' is a ready made pathway with all the stages and tasks needed to follow for a specific transaction or process. Templates are a very useful way to avoid having to start from scratch when building a pathway in Phundex. We have created a suite of template pathways which cover a broad array of processes and transactions, which all users can access. Templates can be searched, selected and then manually edited to reflect the business specific needs. Users can also create and save their own templates for use at a later date.
