A 'team' is all the individuals you want to be able to work with or have access to documents on a given pathway.  Team members can be both internal to your business or external, which enables resources from outside the business to participate in the completion of the tasks within a pathway.

A Team can be as large or as small as you wish subject to them being part of your organisation's Network and depending on the number of available Phundex licences. Team Members can be assigned specified tasks as required and Team Members can be added and removed to/from a Pathway at any time.


Building a Team

Only Administrators and Managers can build a Team within the Phundex Platform as this activity requires certain role level permissions. They can build a team by following these steps: 


1. Click on the pathway in which you want to amend the team. 


2. Click the 'Team' box on the bottom left hand side of the screen. 


3. Click the 'Add User'. Fill in the relevant email address and personal details of the person you want to add to the team. 


4. Select the 'Pathway Access' of the new member of the team.
