How To Create a Task with a "Phundex Form"

1. Select a Pathway
2. Select a 'Stage' displayed in the secondary menu.
3. Click the 'Create New Task' button on the Stages screen.
4.  Add the new Task's details.
5. click the "Add a Phundex Form" box
6. Select the predefined form from the dropdown
7. Name the Form  
8. Click "Save"

The Phundex Form Company Information allows you to search from an extensive database of company information to find basic company information including legal name, registration number, company of registration and legal address
