Activating Temporary Licences
A temporary licence is activated for a specific company whenever a temporary user for that company logs in to the Phundex Platform. However, this will only happen if the user is not deactivated by the client admin- they must be set as an active user in at least one company.
Once the number of permitted temporary users have logged in each day, no further temporary users will be able to log in until the temporary users are deactivated.
Deactivating Temporary Licences at Midnight
The number of permitted temporary licences re-sets at midnight on the Phundex Platform every night, meaning any temporary users are deactivated.
Example
Chez Manon has two permitted temporary licences. If two temporary users login on the 28th September 2022, no further temporary users will be able to login until 00:00AM on the 29th September 2022- when these two temporary users are deactivated.
Deactivating Temporary Licences by Logging Out
Provided a temporary user in one or more companies is not an active regular user in any other company, they will be deactivated once they log out.
