The contents of this article refer to documents but it can just as easily be applied to forms.
Archiving Documents and Forms
As a manager/admin you may decide that a document in the data room is not necessary for the custom pathway you are making, in which case archiving it may be useful.
Please note it is impossible to archive a document if it is still attached to a task in the pathway, to find out how to remove documents from tasks click the following link:
What happens if I Delete a Document from a Task?
To archive a document, follow these steps:
1. Go into the data room of the pathway in which the document is contained, found on the left hand menu of the phundex platform.
2. Click on the three ellipses of the document you want to archive, and click 'Change Status'.
3. Change the status to 'Archive' and click 'Save'.
How to Find Archived Documents
To find archived documents switch the 'Show Archive' node in the top centre of the screen to on.
How to Unarchive Documents
1. When viewing the list of archived documents, click the three ellipses next to the document you want to unarchive.
2. Click 'Change Status', and change it to the desired status e.g. in this instance 'Draft'.
3. Click 'Save'.
