Seeing the status of Tasks is easy, whether on your Home, Pathway or Stages Dashboard.


Here you can see on the Home Dashboard that some Tasks for the Blane Trust Board Pathway have not been assigned.  You can tell they have not been assigned as there is no name beside some of the Tasks.



Here on the Pathway Dashboard for an Investment Committee Process you can see there are a number of Tasks that have not been assigned.  As with the Home Dashboard, you can easily see on the Pathway Dashboard that they have not been assigned as there is no name beside some of the Tasks.




When looking at particular Stages, you can again see that there are Tasks without names beside them, although the view/format of the dashboard is slightly different.  For a Manager or Client Admin, this makes it easy to assign Tasks either by clicking on the Assignee button for the Task, or by Editing, using the three ellipses to pull up the Edit Task pop up.



By using the Edit Task function, the popup box comes up and you can Edit the Task any way you like, as well as assigning it to a Task Member, with or without a Due Date (we always recommend you add a Due Date!)
