If you get a timeout error when you are sending documents for signature, please check to see if any of the following apply:

  • low internet connectivity
  • busy time of day
  • can you access the e-signature platform directly outside of Phundex?  if not, check your e-signature system log on details
  • which browser are you using?

If you are getting timeout messages, you may want to change your browser.  Typically Chrome and Edge work well.  Firefox and Safari sometimes get stalled, so try a different browser if none of the other solutions apply.
