Phundex Forms are data forms available for selection from any Pathway, whether you start with a Phundex Pathway, one of your own Templates, or create something from Scratch. You can assign a Phundex Form to an internal Team Member, but not to a Guest. This ensures control within your internal Team for key information about clients, suppliers, etc.

The Basic Company Information form allows you to search for the companies legal name, registration number, company of registration and legal address, from a range of over 200 company registry offices around the world.
The Company Marketing Information Form allows you to gather marketing information, principally composed of social media sites
The Company Appointment Form allows you to gather information and Directors, Officers and Company Secretaries for organisations. You can create a Company Appointment Form for a single Company, or for all of the appointments of a particular person. Once you have filled in the details for someone, you can click on Add Appointment and the Form will add all of the data points for easy completion
