This Phundex Predefined Form has been created to allow you to easily add details for appointments to the company, be it officers, directors, management team, etc. With the click of a button, you can add additional new appointment information for any company or individual. You can choose to create details of all appointments for a particular company, or to create an appointment form for all appointments for a particular person.
All Phundex Predefined Forms now offer the choice of creating new details or accessing previously completed details for the same company or person, without duplication.
Select from an existing company from the dropdown menu (in which case any details already completed will be replicated) or add a new company. For each new appointment, complete the relevant information and then hit <add appointment>. That persons' details will be added to the form and all of the relevant sections for a new appointment will automatically appear.
