Pathway Level, Type and Mentor: We have added the ability to tag and filter your pathways by providing new Level, Type and Mentor functionality. Client Administrators can decide whether any or all of these features should be available for their users, and can create the specific tagging choices for each feature. This tagging feature will allow you to search and sort your Pathways in a completely customizable way. Our Dashboards have been updated to add these selections when a Client Administrator has permissioned their use for your business.

Create/Update Pathways: When you create or update existing Paths, you can add the Pathway Level, Type, and Mentor fields if your Client Administrator has added that functionality. My Pathway List Dashboard and specific Pathway Dashboards will also show these features.

Client Administrators can decide whether they want to use one or more of these choices and can designate the choices for their organisation.

Pathway Mentors: Beneficial for innovation hubs and incubators, where start-ups are often assigned Mentors to support their journey. This allows Mentors to be selected from the list provided by the Client Administrator.

Here, the Client Administrator has elected to retain the Mentor option for their organisation.

Click on the Add Mentor button on the upper right hand corner of the screen

The Pop-up box comes up and you can add in a Mentor, and tick the box to mark that they are active.

Now you can see the Mentor's name on the list, and any time a Pathway is created or updated, the Manager can select a Mentor name from the list.

Pathway Levels & Types: You can be very creative about how to use these. Our innovation hub clients use them to tag where their startups are (pre-seed, seed, etc.), while our VC clients use them to indicate types of transactions (asset-based, acquisitions, debt or equity funding, etc.). You can select one or multiple tags for each Pathway, and the Pathway Manager can edit these later from your business's Tag options.

In this case, the Client Administrator elected to use Pathway Types and, following the same process as above, added some Pathway Types, which Managers will be able to use when they create or edit new Paths.

In this case, the Client Administrator has elected to disable the Pathway Levels for their organisation.

You can see the Pathway Dashboard only shows the Mentor and Pathway Type boxes

When you want to update the Pathway information, you can see the Pathway Level box does not come up on the pop-up box.
