A 'pathway' is the term Phundex uses to describe an end-to-end process / protocol / procedure or transaction. Pathways enable businesses to define and manage each of their core processes and underlying stages and tasks within each. Pathways can be edited and saved as templates for future use and access to pathways can be assigned to specific teams, team members and role level permissions as required.
