A 'form' in Phundex is an easy way to capture and store data. Forms can be created, edited and stored for future reference in the 'data room' area of the platform. Typically a form will be attached to a specific task and the user assigned that task will need to complete the form and save it in order for the task to be reviewed and deemed complete. Forms can contain an array of different data types (i.e. dates, numbers, text etc) and each data point can be designated as mandatory or non-mandatory.
