What is a Network?

A 'Network' is the people permissioned to be Team members for your organization.  Network Members are assigned a role on the Phundex Platform when they are invited to join your Network.  They may be assigned as an Administrator, Manager or Team Member. Network members may not be assigned to a Team, however, they can be added as Team Members to any of your Pathways.

Who can Make Changes to a Network?

Only Administrators can create a Network within the Phundex Platform and as with Teams, Network members can be added and removed at will (subject to the availability of Phundex licences).  Network Members may be designated as Active or may have their access de-activated, allowing you to manage your licensed users.  A deactivated user does not use a license.

How to build a Network?

Networks are built by Administrators emailing new members and those members accepting and logging on to the Phundex Platform.

Changes can be made to your Network by adding new Members (providing you have sufficient new licenses for them) and by activating and de-activating access.
