To assign a Task, you must be logged onto Phundex as either a Manager (someone who creates Pathways) or a Client Admin (someone who has full permission on Phundex).  If you are a Team Member, you will need to contact your Pathway Manager to make changes to the Task (using the comments section on the Task or emailing them).

If you are having trouble assigning a task to a member of the team, there are a number of things you should check.

E.g. I want to assign a task to Jane, but I am only given the option of assigning a task to either Fabienne or Madeleine.

How to Assign a Team Member to a Task

Is the person you want to assign the task to a member of your team?

Click the 'Team' button on the bottom left hand side of the screen to check whether they are a member of your team. If they are not a member of your team, add them to your team- to understand how to do this read the following article:

What is a Team? How do I build a team or make changes to a team?

E.g. in this instance, Jane was a member of the team so this was not the issue.

Does the member of the team have the correct Pathway Access?

If they are a member of the team, check their pathway access. If they are only able to 'View Published Documents'  then they will be unable to complete tasks, and will thus not show up as an option when assigning tasks. Change their pathway access to 'View/Complete Tasks'.

1. Click the three ellipses on the team member whose Pathway Access you want to change.

2. Change their Pathway Access to 'View/Complete Tasks'.

3. Check the task to which you wanted to assign the team member.

E.g. it is now possible to assign the task to Jane.
